Q: Do they come in different sizes?
A: There are two versions: the women’s version (20.5-25.5 cm) and the men’s version (24.5-30 cm).
Q: How do I use them?
A: Remove the original insoles from your shoes and trim the insoles to the same size. If your shoes do not have insoles, you can use the foot template included in the packaging to match the size. After trimming, replace the old insoles with the new ones. (You can also leave the old insoles in.)
※ Attention: Please place the insole with the flat surface facing up and the independent air cushions facing down.
Q: How long can they be worn?
A: Wear duration varies depending on weight, activity level, and usage. It is recommended to replace the insoles when 70% of the pocket-spring Insoles are worn out.
